I had my first session with Kylie and she was fantastic at providing advice and super understanding with my problems. I did a Hyrafacial with her and she did a really good job on it. My skin felt so clean. Amazing team too!Posted on Google Josh ZahidTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an appointment with Kylie for skin tag removal, and this was my second visit to the clinic but my first time being treated by her. At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. As soon as the treatment was finished, I could already see excellent results. I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone considering skin tag removal , ACP Treatment .. Thank you all ! See before and immediate after 🥰 great jobPosted on Google Vanessa JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a client of this clinic for a couple of years now and always find Kate extremely knowledgeable, personable and top tier customer service. I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She always made the whole experience enjoyable. I am now a patient with the dermatology doctor and miss the ladies on the other side of the clinic! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in treatmentsPosted on Google Sadie MarshallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really pain free and quick treatmentPosted on Google Emily DeaconTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a consultation with Flor to discuss some loose skin on my eyelids, as well as skin tightening for my chin and jawline. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options while giving honest, realistic advice about what could actually be achieved. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was being sold a treatment. Instead, Flor genuinely listened to my concerns and recommended what she felt would be the most suitable approach for me. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who prioritises giving honest guidance over making a sale. I left the consultation feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my next steps.Posted on Google Farhana Akter Bristy-110Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leigh was very reassuring and approachable in making the whole experience comfortable. She even gave me a feel for the laser before my appointment in September by removing one cherry angioma. Now that’s great customer expectations! I have an appointment booked for September! Charlie

What is a vampire facelift?
A vampire facelift involves withdrawing a small amount of your blood, spinning it in a centrifuge to isolate the platelets from the red and white blood cells, then re-injecting the platelet-rich plasma into targeted areas of the face to produce brighter, smoother skin. Platelets contain hundreds of proteins called growth factors that help heal injured tissue and damaged skin, allowing the skin to repair and rejuvenate itself. It’s a non-surgical treatment that relies on your body’s own natural healing powers.

The key difference is how PRP is delivered: a vampire facelift involves injecting PRP into targeted areas, while a vampire facial combines PRP with microneedling to apply it across the skin’s surface.
— The Difference
Vampire facelift vs vampire facial: what’s the difference?
The two terms are often used interchangeably, but there is a difference. A vampire facelift uses PRP injected into targeted areas of the face to plump, firm and rejuvenate. A vampire facial combines PRP with microneedling, so the plasma is applied across the skin’s surface through microchannels. At London Real Skin we offer both. Our practitioner will advise which is best for your skin and goals at your consultation

Why Choose London Real Skin for Microneedling?
At London Real Skin, microneedling is not treated as a standard facial or delivered at the same depth for every client. Our experienced practitioners assess the thickness, sensitivity and overall condition of your skin before adapting the XCellaris Pro Twist settings, supporting products and treatment course to your individual concerns.
Our philosophy is straightforward: healthy skin creates beautiful skin. Rather than pursuing overly aggressive treatments, we focus on improving skin function, supporting natural regeneration and strengthening the skin over time. An approach that produces results that look refreshed and natural rather than overtreated.

Vampire facelift FAQ
The questions we are asked most often about the treatment, the course and what recovery actually looks like.
How much does a vampire facelift cost in London?
A vampire facelift (PRP Face) starts from £450, or £1,283 for a recommended course of three. A vampire facial (PRP with microneedling) is £650, or £1,853 for a course of three.
What’s the difference between a vampire facelift and a vampire facial?
A vampire facelift injects PRP into targeted areas; a vampire facial applies PRP with microneedling microneedling across the skin’s surface. We offer both and will advise which suits you.
How long does a vampire facelift last?
Results are typically noticeable for up to 18 months after a course of three sessions spaced four weeks apart.
What is involved in the treatment?
Your aesthetic nurse assesses your skin, takes ‘before’ photos and explains the plan. Your skin is cleansed, a small amount of blood is drawn and centrifuged, and the activated platelets are injected into targeted areas. Start to finish takes about 30 minutes.
What aftercare is recommended?
Avoid sun and makeup for a few hours, moisturise, drink plenty of water, avoid hot water for 12–24 hours, and ice on and off to reduce any swelling.
Who is a vampire facelift not suitable for?
It’s not suitable for those with certain blood or platelet disorders, active facial infections or cold sores, or those pregnant or breastfeeding, among others. Our practitioner will advise at consultation.
