I had my first session with Kylie and she was fantastic at providing advice and super understanding with my problems. I did a Hyrafacial with her and she did a really good job on it. I had an appointment with Kylie for skin tag removal, and this was my second visit to the clinic but my first time being treated by her. At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. As soon as the treatment was finished, I could already see excellent results. I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone considering skin tag removal , ACP Treatment .. Thank you all ! See before and immediate after 🥰 great jobPosted on Google Vanessa JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a client of this clinic for a couple of years now and always find Kate extremely knowledgeable, personable and top tier customer service. I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She always made the whole experience enjoyable. I am now a patient with the dermatology doctor and miss the ladies on the other side of the clinic! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in treatmentsPosted on Google Sadie MarshallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really pain free and quick treatmentPosted on Google Emily DeaconTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a consultation with Flor to discuss some loose skin on my eyelids, as well as skin tightening for my chin and jawline. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options while giving honest, realistic advice about what could actually be achieved. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was being sold a treatment. Instead, Flor genuinely listened to my concerns and recommended what she felt would be the most suitable approach for me. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who prioritises giving honest guidance over making a sale. I left the consultation feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my next steps.Posted on Google Farhana Akter Bristy-110Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leigh was very reassuring and approachable in making the whole experience comfortable. She even gave me a feel for the laser before my appointment in September by removing one cherry angioma. Now that’s great customer expectations! I have an appointment booked for September! Charlie

What is a laser skin resurfacing?
Laser skin resurfacing is one of the most advanced treatments today that safely and effectively rejuvenates the skin, targeting fine lines and wrinkles, evening out skin tone, improving skin texture and reducing pigmentation. It also successfully reduces pore size and treats acne scarring.
The treatment works by the Ipixel laser producing energy in the mid infrared invisible light spectrum which is used to precisely target the area, leaving the surrounding skin unharmed. This creates a controlled thermal injury that leads to the remodelling of collagen and improved skin texture.
Areas that can be treated include the face, neck, chest, hands and arms.

Laser skin resurfacing FAQ
The questions we are asked most often about the treatment, the course and what recovery actually looks like.
What should I expect during a skin consultation?
One of our aesthetic practitioners will carry out an in depth skin analysis to examine the deeper layers of your skin with the use of the advanced Observ 520 skin analysis technology. The practitioner will determine if you are suitable for this procedure, and if so, photographs will be taken before the procedure, to monitor your progress., following your signed consent. You will be able to ask any questions you may have, and a bespoke skincare regime will be provided to suit your skin needs.
We also offer a complimentary Observ 520 Skin Analysis in all of our bespoke skin consultations. This modern technology is safe, proven and effective and provides our patients with a visual understanding of the deeper layers of their skin.
Many skin conditions start deep under the surface and this makes them difficult to assess with the human eye. This is why we use the Observ at the start of your journey with us and throughout your treatment course to monitor the progress of your skin. We are committed to utilising the industry’s leading technology to reveal and target skin conditions before you can even see them.
What should I expect during the treatment?
The skin will be cleansed with an antiseptic solution prior to treatment. A topical aesthetic will be applied onto the skin and left on for about 20 minutes for comfort. The aesthetic practitioner will remove the anaesthetic, re-cleanse the skin and commence with treatment.
Immediately after, the skin will feel hot and appear red. Your aesthetic practitioner will give you aftercare instructions to follow and may apply ointment to soothe the area. Patients can appreciate dramatic results once the skin has completely healed.
What should I expect after the treatment?
Photographs will be taken after the procedure, as this allows the aesthetic practitioner to compare the results. Improvement of the skin can be seen after 1 session although we recommend a course of 3 treatments, with one treatment being carried out every 4 to 6 weeks for optimal results.
The downtime can last from 5 to 14 days depending on the laser setting chosen. Patients can expect a sunburn -like sensation after treatment, and the skin may feel tight, dry or slightly itchy.
Your aesthetic practitioner will give you some aftercare instructions to follow to support you with the healing process.
