Non-surgical eye lift (blepharoplasty)

Non-surgical blepharoplasty is an alternative to a surgical eye lift with no scalpels or major surgery involved. This non-surgical eye lift treatment helps tighten the skin, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and improve tone and texture around the eyes – refreshing tired, hooded eyes and under-eye bags without surgery.

— About

What is a non-surgical eye lift?

Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses a plasma pen device to tighten the skin and reduce excess skin around the eyes. The device creates a tiny plasma beam that, on contact, causes immediate sublimation of the skin. This turns excess skin cells from a solid into a gas while visibly tightening the remaining skin. It helps tighten the skin, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and improve tone and texture, with no cutting, stitches or general anaesthetic and no scarring.

what is a non surgical eye lift
difference between non surgical and surgical eye lift

A surgical eye lift removes or repositions excess skin and tissue, while a non-surgical eye lift uses injectable or other non-surgical techniques to improve the appearance of the eye area without surgery.

— The Difference

Non-surgical vs surgical blepharoplasty

Compared with conventional surgical blepharoplasty, which carries a significant risk of scarring and eyelid dysfunction, non-surgical blepharoplasty offers similar results with quicker recovery and fewer risks. There’s no scalpel, no stitches and no general anaesthetic; instead, only the excess skin is precisely treated, leaving surrounding healthy skin unaffected. It’s an ideal option for patients who want to refresh the eye area but aren’t ready for, or suitable for, surgery.

Why Choose London Real Skin for Microneedling?

At London Real Skin, microneedling is not treated as a standard facial or delivered at the same depth for every client. Our experienced practitioners assess the thickness, sensitivity and overall condition of your skin before adapting the XCellaris Pro Twist settings, supporting products and treatment course to your individual concerns.

Our philosophy is straightforward: healthy skin creates beautiful skin. Rather than pursuing overly aggressive treatments, we focus on improving skin function, supporting natural regeneration and strengthening the skin over time. An approach that produces results that look refreshed and natural rather than overtreated.

Non-surgical eye lift FAQ

The questions we are asked most often about the treatment, the course and what recovery actually looks like.

Treatment starts from £500. Upper or lower eyelid treatment is £600, and upper and lower together is £1,080. Your exact price is confirmed at your free consultation, with monthly finance available.

Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses a plasma pen rather than a scalpel — no cutting, stitches or general anaesthetic, with quicker recovery and fewer risks than surgery, while offering similar skin-tightening results.

Results are long-lasting, though the natural ageing process continues over time. Many patients have 1–3 sessions spaced around 6 weeks apart for the best result, with maintenance as needed.

We apply a topical anaesthetic for 20–30 minutes, then use the plasma device to precisely treat only the excess skin. Tiny ‘carbon crusts’ form and heal over 3–7 days. Depending on skin laxity, you may need 1–3 sessions.

Downtime is minimal. Expect some swelling and small crusts on the treated area that settle within a few days, with full recovery around 7 days. Sun protection during healing is important.
