I had my first session with Kylie and she was fantastic at providing advice and super understanding with my problems. I did a Hyrafacial with her and she did a really good job on it. My skin felt so clean. Amazing team too!Posted on Google Josh ZahidTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an appointment with Kylie for skin tag removal, and this was my second visit to the clinic but my first time being treated by her. At first, I was quite nervous and didn’t feel very confident about the procedure. However, as soon as Kylie started explaining the process and what to expect, she immediately put me at ease. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. I chose to have the procedure without numbing cream, and to my surprise, I hardly felt any discomfort at all. As soon as the treatment was finished, I could already see excellent results. I would definitely recommend Kylie to anyone considering skin tag removal , ACP Treatment .. Thank you all ! See before and immediate after 🥰 great jobPosted on Google Vanessa JacksonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a client of this clinic for a couple of years now and always find Kate extremely knowledgeable, personable and top tier customer service. I can see why she is in charge of running the clinic. I have had many microneedling and chemical peel treatments with Ellen and whilst I kept going back because she was so patient, skilled and knowledgeable, I also always enjoyed the little chats we'd have and the giggles. She always made the whole experience enjoyable. I am now a patient with the dermatology doctor and miss the ladies on the other side of the clinic! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone interested in treatmentsPosted on Google Sadie MarshallTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a consultation with Flor to discuss some loose skin on my eyelids, as well as skin tightening for my chin and jawline. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options while giving honest, realistic advice about what could actually be achieved. What I appreciated most was that I never felt like I was being sold a treatment. Instead, Flor genuinely listened to my concerns and recommended what she felt would be the most suitable approach for me. It was so refreshing to speak with someone who prioritises giving honest guidance over making a sale. I left the consultation feeling informed, reassured, and confident about my next steps.Posted on Google Farhana Akter Bristy-110Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Leigh was very reassuring and approachable in making the whole experience comfortable. She even gave me a feel for the laser before my appointment in September by removing one cherry angioma. Now that’s great customer expectations! I have an appointment booked for September! Charlie
— About
What is a non-surgical eye lift?
Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses a plasma pen device to tighten the skin and reduce excess skin around the eyes. The device creates a tiny plasma beam that, on contact, causes immediate sublimation of the skin. This turns excess skin cells from a solid into a gas while visibly tightening the remaining skin. It helps tighten the skin, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and improve tone and texture, with no cutting, stitches or general anaesthetic and no scarring.

A surgical eye lift removes or repositions excess skin and tissue, while a non-surgical eye lift uses injectable or other non-surgical techniques to improve the appearance of the eye area without surgery.
— The Difference
Non-surgical vs surgical blepharoplasty
Compared with conventional surgical blepharoplasty, which carries a significant risk of scarring and eyelid dysfunction, non-surgical blepharoplasty offers similar results with quicker recovery and fewer risks. There’s no scalpel, no stitches and no general anaesthetic; instead, only the excess skin is precisely treated, leaving surrounding healthy skin unaffected. It’s an ideal option for patients who want to refresh the eye area but aren’t ready for, or suitable for, surgery.

Non-surgical eye lift FAQ
The questions we are asked most often about the treatment, the course and what recovery actually looks like.
How much does non-surgical blepharoplasty cost?
Treatment starts from £500. Upper or lower eyelid treatment is £600, and upper and lower together is £1,080. Your exact price is confirmed at your free consultation, with monthly finance available.
What’s the difference between non-surgical and surgical blepharoplasty?
Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses a plasma pen rather than a scalpel — no cutting, stitches or general anaesthetic, with quicker recovery and fewer risks than surgery, while offering similar skin-tightening results.
How long does a non-surgical eye lift last?
Results are long-lasting, though the natural ageing process continues over time. Many patients have 1–3 sessions spaced around 6 weeks apart for the best result, with maintenance as needed.
What is involved in the treatment?
We apply a topical anaesthetic for 20–30 minutes, then use the plasma device to precisely treat only the excess skin. Tiny ‘carbon crusts’ form and heal over 3–7 days. Depending on skin laxity, you may need 1–3 sessions.
Is there much downtime?
Downtime is minimal. Expect some swelling and small crusts on the treated area that settle within a few days, with full recovery around 7 days. Sun protection during healing is important.
