Dr Ahmad Saaed was great throughout , I was reassured by him at my initial consultation, where he was knowledgeable but also didn’t pressure me into any decisions.

Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the outcome. A visible area that was discussed prior to the procedure was not covered, and this remains clearly noticeable.
I raised my concerns with the clinic and attempted to resolve the matter directly. I was informed that my complaint would be referred to their medico-legal / insurance team. However, despite follow-ups and allowing reasonable time for a response, I have not received any clear resolution.
I would have preferred to settle this privately and amicably, but due to the lack of engagement, I have had to take formal steps to pursue a resolution.
I hope the clinic improves both its treatment planning communication and its complaint-handling process for future patients. Thank you for your response. I can confirm I am a genuine patient and I have receipts, email correspondence, and procedure records from 3rd July 2025. My review reflects my personal experience and ongoing complaint, which has already been raised directly with the clinic and referred to your medico-legal team as confirmed in your emails.
I remain willing to resolve this matter privately and professionally.
Dr. Ahmad offered plenty of follow-up sessions to check on the growth, which made me feel really supported throughout.
At first, the growth was slow, and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out… but now, a year later, my eyebrows look full and natural. The difference is huge compared to before!
I waited a full year to see the final results, and I’m so glad I did. Totally worth it! 💖

Dr. Ahmad Saaed
FOUNDER / LEAD PRACTITIONER
Dr Saaed graduated from Medical school with a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) in 1997, later specialising as an Anaesthetist. He then trained professionally as a hair surgeon and trichologist and has been a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery since 2017. Dr Saaed has qualified in PRP Treatment with Dr Danial Sister, a renowned specialist in PRP and an author of the book “Platelet Rich Plasma, The New Frontier in Regenerative and Aesthetic Medicine”.
