I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr. Yadhu and the staff of Save Minds.I first visited the clinic in June 2023, after struggling for 20 years with complex-PTSD, depression, and FND. I had tried every treatment available to me, both through the NHS and privately - medications, therapies, inpatient care, etc. None of these treatments had worked long-term, and some had even left me with more issues. I firmly held onto the belief that I was meant to suffer.At the time of my first visit, I was a shell of my former self (which already seemed like shell itself). I was experiencing seizures and flashbacks daily, and had too little energy to consistently wash or feed myself. I largely depended on my partner and mother to keep me from hurting myself. Now, nine months later, my life has changed in ways I could never have anticipated: I experience seizures only twice a month at most, I have a job, I'm able to make time for hobbies, I'm learning to drive, I exercise daily. I still struggle from time to time, but not at all in the way I'm used to - I self-soothe, I'm kind to myself, I'm able to listen to myself and communicate my feelings and needs to the people around me. It's very strange (but welcome!) to meet and get to know a version of myself I didn't know could exist.I still get infusions once every two months, and I'm happy to continue with my treatment indefinitely. I've never met such a kind, compassionate team. I'm insanely lucky to have found them.

Dr. Yadhu is an amazing physician and human being. He listens to his patients ver attentively and shares his wisdom through detailed patient education. I fly from the USA to London to receive his care and treatments, and this is a testament to my admiration and thanks for him. I am more than extremely happy to be one of his patients for more than 3 years and I pray that he will continue to take care of me for many years to come. This is hard for me to write truthfully without sounding as if I'm exaggerating. Dr. Yadhu has been a lifesaver for me and my family.A true beacon of hope in the darkness.I came to Save Minds as a last resort for my severe treatment resistant depression and suicidal ideation.I was in such a bad mental state that I didn't have much hope.However, with Dr Yadhu's kind and encouraging support and expertise I was helped tremendously.After just a couple of infusions, I was no longer suicidal, and with each subsequent treatment, my depression and anxiety improved.I was pretty anxious before my first infusion as I had never tried anything like this before. I had 7 sessions of IV ketamine with Dr. Yadhu so far to treat my moderate depression. I only have nice things to say about Dr. Yadhu!In my intake session, he really took a long time to explain everything about ketamine, what it does to your brain, how you might feel, what the results might be, etc. I honestly don't think I've ever been given so much attention from a doctor before.As for the actual infusions, personally I have always had a very smooth ride, with no adjustments needed from Dr. Y. However, he sits there the whole time to make you feel secure and to make sure you are doing ok both mentally and physically. I have to say I honestly enjoy having him there. I always remark during my sessions that he must have heard people say some crazy stuff! I always feel comfortable saying whatever I want to him throughout.He spends a good amount of time with you before your IV sessions to see how you are doing. What I really enjoy about this time is that he often shares (while respecting privacy) anecdotes about other patients and their points of view. This has really been helpful for me to frame my experiences. I also just enjoy discussing the topic of psychedelic medicine with him - not many doctors make you feel comfortable around the topic!I can sometimes be a bit shy in asking for things that I need/want, but Dr. Yadhu is super accommodating. I was fidgeting with my eyemask from home, and he offered me a new one that I now bring to my sessions. He also plays DJ for you unless you have any playlists you'd like to hear. Once in the middle of a session I started rambling about how it would be interesting to listen to qawwali music, and he brought up a video on youtube and played it for me. How many doctors would do that?!As for the facilities - it's a dentist office at the end of the day, however the rooms where ketamine is administered are always spotless and smell nice. It's definitely a comfortable experience.As for the effect ketamine has had - I am trying to come off of anti-depressants due to the side effects, and ketamine made it a lot easier to start that process. There were days when I sort of felt that sense of total normality again, no depression making me feel lethargic and flatline. The effect has worn off, but I can reflect back on the experience to remember that it is possible for me to feel normal again, and that is helpful.In all honesty, the treatments are expensive which has prevented me from doing them more often. But I don't think there is really any cheaper available alternative, and it is money well spent if you have it. In the mean time, I really can say I miss my sessions with DJ Yadhu! Hope I can have another one soon.

Hi my Name is steve.WThis is my experience withDr Yadhu at Save Minds. I had severe depression for Approx 12 years, many of those suicidal.I had tried every pill and combination. With zero reults .I had lost all hope.also hospitalised at times.I came across ketamine infusions, and was desperate to try it.this was last result for me as the pain was unbareable.Dr Yadhu has many years ketamine experience not only as infusions .but also as an anesthetic in hospital setting. Dr. Yadhu is one of the most compassionate, caring provides I've ever had the fortune to encounter. After moving to the UK from the US, I was anxious about continuing my ketamine maintenance treatments with a new provider. I shouldn't have worried - Dr. Yadhu provided exceptional care. I was never rushed - he made time to chat and really connect with me before each treatment, getting a solid grounding in how I was doing, and he made sure I stayed as long as I needed before leaving after a treatment. After one harder session, he was able to dial in the dosage/flow speed to make sure my next session was more gentle. Another benefit - I have tiny veins, and at previous centres, was regularly poked multiple times before they could get a good injection site, which always made the beginnings of my treatments stressful. Dr. Yadhu is the only doctor I've ever encountered who got the needle in on the first try every time! He genuinely CARES. You are in the greatest hands with Dr. Yadhu!
